Fashion fringed details black sweater

Nylon acrylic blend dark black sweater. Plenty of stretch. Pretty little sweater circular fringes all the way around the bottom which follows up the front and around neckline. Also in sleeve cuffs. Not a plain looking sweater, it’s definitely intricate detailed. Hand wash. XL. 25” sleeves and 25” shoulder to bottom of sweater.
