fashion nova black mini dress. it's al ovv the shoulder slit. the cut is hard to photograph. v neck with off shoulder straps. ruched waist. (picture from fashion nova not exact) the material ks tight, thicker than other fashion nova items so flattering tho. worn in vegas once only. I'd say fits small or medium !
