i just bought a charm off eby and i was so disappointed i made so much noise about it...she posts her pictures as the "original" juicy charms but when she sent it has a completely different look to the ones going for more on poshmark...and the symbol was off....i reported her but they didnt do anything because they do make from the old factory after the company was sold off to someone else....but that still doesn't make it right for her to claim its from juicy couture and the year vintage etc...

the crown symbol on my was embossed but not in black with the dot above it....thats how i could tell. and it looks bran new not from the year 2012 lol

im so sorry this happened to you even though they say they dont return you can ask for a return you just may have to ship with your money but they will reimburse you they don't want a bad name...for selling "juicy couture charms" they really should be banned for doing that :(
