It's from Forever21. Brand new! It's a beautiful light pink blush color. It would look cute with a dress and booties or wear with a casual outfit- ripped jeans and a white tee. Not sure if I want to sell just yet but I don't really like the fit on me because I'm short (5'0) It looked better on the models from the website because they're tall.
