c_lutley are these narrow or about 3.5 inches between the outside of the ball of the foot and the outside of other side of foot at the widest part? How big are these around the shift at the calf and top of boot? I am interested. thanks, Christine

colorbuff @c_lutley Hi Christine. Here are the measurements you asked for . Between the outside of he the ball of the foot and the outside of the other side of the foot (in other words, the widest part of foot), I get almost 6 inches. The top of the boot is which is also the widest part of the leg is 16 inches. Take note, however, that the front of the boot is taller than the back, so the first 2 inches on top have no back.

c_lutley @colorbuff So, 6 inches from sole up and around widest part of foot to start of sole? That should work. My foot is nearly 3.5 on the sole across that widest part. My calf at its widest is 15 inches. That part should fit, too, shouldn't it? (perhaps measure your calf and see what you think) I like the pinkish color. It seems like it just might work. I welcome you input.

colorbuff @c_lutley Yes, the 6 inches was across the widest part of the toes excluding the sole. I am a size 9 and I have a wide calf (17 inches) and a wide foot. The boots fit my foot but not my calves. The color is a soft red. It is not purple or pink.

colorbuff @c_lutley 2nd message. Note that this are not winter boots. They are Fall / Spring boots. They have no lining.

c_lutley @colorbuff So they'd be good on my 15 inch calves? Color is fine. I have very neutral London Fog trench coat. only issue for me is calves.

colorbuff @c_lutley Since the width of the boots at the calf level is 15 inches, I would imagine that they would be good on a person who has 15 inches calves. They would be snug though because the faux leather does not stretch
