Gorgeous new without tags faux snake print 4 inch heels. Ankle strap is fully adjustable. The smallest ankle measurement is currently ~ 10.5 inches and it expands out to 12.5inches however the material is malleable and you’d be able to punch smaller or bigger holes in the strap as needed As you can see from the condition of the heel and bottom of the shoe, they are in pristine condition. I’ve never worn them and hopping they can find someone to take them out and about
