Faux-Wrap T-Shirt Blouse with Plastic Ring Detail

This is a funky, unique item. It's flowy and elegant, slightly upscale from a regular t-shirt. The condition is good, but the stretchy material does mean the seams roll. The shirt does not have a size tag.
