Feather Print Wrap Skirt in soft colours - 15.75" Waist - Size S/M

Very soft and flowy a-line wrap around skirt in a beautiful feathery print in shades of soft green, aqua and yellow. One pleat at closure. Wrap closure is fastened with flat hooks and eyes to maintain a flat waistband. It might be silk, or maybe polyester I can't say for sure. Beautiful fabric. Could be handmade, quite professionally finished. No tags. Approximate Flat Measurements: Waist: 15.75" Hip 20" Length 34" In great pre-loved condition.
