Feather print tunic/dress

This white and black feather print tunic can be worn as a dress if you are 5 feet or under. It's very lightweight and rather sheer but can be layered for the perfect winter outfit. The sleeves are 3/4 length and can be rolled and buttoned. There is one breast pocket. Purchased on Modcloth a few years ago. Length: 34.5 in Shoulders: 16in Bust: 19 in
