Feather print vintage dress

Look at this gorgeous dress! Blackberry vintage dress with stunning feather print. The skirt portion is lined (see photo) but top is not (nude or black bra works very well) original belt included! Size says 15/16 but fits a 9/10 very nicely. Waist measures 13 inches and is elastic (stretched is about 18inches) skirt portion from waist down is 23 inches long.
