Leather upper, leather insole, outer sole man made according to the material tag, see last photo They zip up at the back New with box, very minor wear on sole from trying it on Made in Italy Size EU 39 I'm in between sizes. These run on the larger side of EU39. I typically wear US7.5~8, and these feel like they're about half a size to a size larger than a typical US8. Probably best for US8.5~9.
