Felted Mohair Tartan Throw Pillow

An idea born from finding beautiful vintage scarves that had been mistakenly thrown in the wash & felted. Still lovely, but no longer useful & so tossed by their owners. Through some trial|error I eventually came up with a process to even out & stabilize the felting. The result, a textile full of classic vintage character, born for a new purpose. A densely blended geometric pattern in a color way of cream, blue, green, yellow and red will suit a variety of modern interior styles. Backing is made from black cotton velvet. In the coming days I will add some "in home" shots to this listing. 18" x 18" feather insert included.
