hotcoco60 @mirka86 morning! The waist is 16 inches and I seam 29 inches. There is stretch in the waist band as well as toggle for tightening. Hope this helps…let me know if you have further questions.

hotcoco60 Do you wear them tight? These might be a little loose and baggy on you if so…hard to say as FF pants are really inconsistent in their sizing. I have about 10 pairs from s, m and l that all fit exactly the same. Strange!
