Fendi pleat skirt dress

I had this garment altered. Brought up at the shoulders 1 inch. The size is not listed on the garment but fits a size 6. Better fit if smaller chest. Closes at side with zipper and key hole button at back. Some markings at front as pictured I couldn’t remove.
