It features cute waving  leprechaun Sean Mc Mullen in the middle of the words "St Patrick's Day " and  accented with  green shamrocks. Colour changing fiber optics, green,blue, purple, yellow, and red make this an awesome display. Requires 2 "AA" batteries (not included). Approximately 11 1/2" long x 13 1/2" High New NOS only taken out of the box to take pictures. Vintage 2011 was designed by Collections Etc. Box has some wear,  a small amount of glue has come off of the battery compartment.
