Fiesta powder blue strapless prom dress size small

Lovely Cinderella blue prom dress from 2007! Women’s size small by Fiesta. Length hit just below the knee for me and I am 5’9” Black tulle along the skirt has some damage but could be trimmed to look great again! Small mark by side zipper but I think it would come out with dry cleaning. Make me an offer! Dress comes as is.
