I received it from the USA, so box interior is not pristine. I tried it once. I am too sensitive to touch on my head so I unfortunately cannot use them. It’s too bad because they have a program to relax you its mindless so u just sit back or lay back and it does everything for you. Non smoking pet-free home. Clean.
