Fit & Flare Dress

Soft silver tinted lace print overtop a white scuba material dress with princess seams from neckline to the hem in the front and back. Plunging scoop neck, adjustable straps, AND POCKETS! Its so flattering and striking. There are a couple little rust marks on the straps from the adjustable toggles, I've never tried to remove, it's just been sitting in my closet the last 6 years or so.
