Fit and Flair Blue Dress with Sheer Panels

Love this beautiful blue dress from BCBG. It reminded me of Stella McCartney and Victoria Beckham designs. Structured and fitted in an eye-catching solid colour. I love the fair at the bottom that is beautiful when you walk. Note that the panels are sheer towards the shoulders, but the ones at the body are opaque (it's a tan coloured fabric). I've only had the chance to wear this once, so it's in great condition.
