Fit and Flare Princess Style Ballgown

fitted up to waist I had one side of the straps removed so I could tie it around my neck but they can easily be sewn back on! I'm 5' 7" and a size small so it was a but small on me but I was able to wear it strapless because it was tighter. it also was quite short on me.
