Fit and Flare Summer Dress

SM Wardrobe fully lined blue dress. Cute bicycle patterned 100% cotton material. Lining is 100% polyester. Tag says size medium, but I'd say it's a size 6. Aproximate measurements laying flat are: pit to pit 18", waist 15" with back tie, total length 33", 18" back zipper. Worn twice. In perfect condition. The washing instructions say dry clean recommended, but I washed it in the machine on delicate and it came out beautifully! Lovely dress but I just have too many dresses hanging in my closet!
