Fit and Flare mini open work dress with exposed zipper

Navy and cream open work fit and flare long sleeve dress. I photographer the dress on different backgrounds to better show the color. Laying flat the waist is approx. 12inches (see picture) The total length of the dress from top to bottom is approximately 38 inches long. I live in a smoke and pet free environment.
