Fit and flare dress, velvet details

Dex dress, sleeveless, rich burgundy maroon with black velvet floral detail, jacquard, pleated skirt. Measurements lying flat: bust 19", waist 17", hip has lots of room due to pleating, shoulder to hem 35" Condition: good, some wear showing underarms (velvet rubbed down). Partially lined, quite comfy. There was a solid strap across the back which I had removed. Some stretch, hidden zipper.
