Fit and flare navy blue/black dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @hellzbellz41. Loved it, but it is too big for me. I am a size 12, the dress would fit a size 14 better. Fit and flare dress. It’s a bit on the heavy side so think more fall/winter attire . Has a black lining and zipper closure at the back . Approx. measurements (laying flat): Pit to pit - 20” Waist - 18” Hips - 20” Length from shoulders to hem - 38” Good used condition. No stains or holes
