Fit flare textured cream dress xs

Worn once for an event and too pretty to just sit in my wardrobe. The fabric is cream in colour and textured all over. Fitted at the waist and then loose and flowy at the bottom. Similar to Ted baker in style hence the tag but is from a London brand called closet.
