Fit to Flare skirt

Black Dynamite skirt size small. Fits snug on the hips and has a cute little flare at the bottom. The length of the skirt goes to mid thigh. Great used condition, no signs of fading or wear and tare. Only wore to work in an office for a period of 6 months or so. Has much more life in it.
