Fitted Striped Blazer With Pockets Women’s size Small

Vintage blazer with thin vertical navy and red stripes throughout. One button enclosure two front side pockets and one chest pocket. Size says 9-10 which I would say is a small. Measurements armpit to armpit 16.5 neck to shoulder 4.5 shoulder to wrist 22” back of neck to bottom hem 25.5. Hem under right armpit needs to be mended seam is coming loose. The price reflects this flaw. See picture
