@bobbibolgo oh my goodness I’m so sorry !! I thought i has responded!!!! It 28” at the top but it’s sits very high waisted so it would be the smallest part of your waist. The hip is 34” and it’s of stretch in the body of the skirt. It really is an amazing fit on the body. I apologize for the late reply 💕
