This is a cute fitted dress or tunic that could be worn with leggings. black stretchy A-line skirt portion Soft gray top portion 3/4 sleeves slight rushed detail around the shoulders for a flattering look mock turtleneck perfect for work, or could be gussied up for a night on the town. excellent condition, in fact I'm not sure if it was ever worn at all.
