An oldie but a goodie - has 3/4 of its original coupons and has Canadian Department of Agriculture beef, lamb and pork charts. There is wear to both the top and bottom - see last few pics. And, other than the page with the clipped coupon, the inside is intact and pages are clean.

Great question. There is no date inside only a reference to it being the 21st edition. It was published and copyrighted by Lake of The Woods Milling Company, Limited which I think was only in operation until 1967 so I would think pre-67. Whitecap Books seemed to have taken over the publication at some point? Also, the coupons allowed you to purchase extra versions for $1.00 so would think that points to it being somewhat older. Sorry I can't be more definitive & hope this helps.
