Flair New York Prom Dress

This is an absolutely stunning gown that was purchased in 2020 and never worn to prom, only for pictures. Has been stored in a dress bag in a cool area. The detailing on this dress is breathtaking and deserves to be shown off! Size 12 but fits more like an 8, can provide exact measurements if requested.
