amee826 @jaynlase hi there. Too to bottom is around 25 inches in the centre and around 23 inches long on the sides as it’s a curved hem. Pit to pit is 19.5 as I think it’s meant to be a bit looser up top. The elastic waist is 12 inches unstretched and is extremely stretchy. I was able to pull it to around 16-17 inches laid flat comfortably (would double the pit to pit and waist measurements since laid flat) hope this helps!
