Flapper style dress- BNWT- size S

Super fun dress! Very flattering little black dress with fun flapper-style tassels hanging from shoulders to hem. Tassels have blue ends adding a bit of colour. I love this dress but have never worn it aside from trying it on. Stretchy, form fitting material hugs your curves, while the long strands sway with your steps. Size small, black, basically new.
