Flare Leg Patten Leggings

Leggings are from Forever 21. They have a nice flare leg, and the legs have small slits in each flare. They are VERY soft and super comfy! They are brand new and never worn other than for trying on. Lots of stretch! They say 1x. However, due to how much stretch they have, they definitely can fit 1x-3x.
