Flare skirt / tutu style

White netted flare skirt. Almost like a tutu with a little more edge. One layer white underlay with thick white netting overlay. Zipper closure in the back. Like new, only worn once. No rips or stains. Women’s Medium. Waist 14” Underlay length 18” Overlay length 20” Zipper length 7” Would look great with a cropped sweater, leather jacket and boots. I wore it with a camisole and wedges in a tropical location.
