Flared Sleeve Dress (Navy, US 8, Urban Outfitters)

Navy flare sleeve dress from Urban Outfitters (US 8). Look at the 4th picture to see the true colour of the dress. Zipper closure on the side and key hole cut out at the back of the neck. The hems of the skirt and sleeves are intentionally frayed. I have never had an issue with them fraying further than they are meant to be. I’m in LOVE with this dress but I’m 5’8 and find that the dress is a little too short for me. I will also say that the dress seems to be see through when holding it up to a light, however the colour is so dark that it is not noticeable when worn. Fibre content: 100% rayon
