Flashy AF Scintillating Skirt with Elastic Waist & Shiny Black Sequins

Wore this for a fashion shoot or two. Such a fun costume piece, but coming back in HARD this winter 2023. Fits Medium to Small. Not fancy; more flashy, so good for nighttime & dancing. The sequins shuffle softly when you walk. I like to layer it with different textures, as shown. I'm tall, and it's mini but not crazy short, on me.
