So pretty A-line with lots of movement - the top fabric is a sheer, white dotted chiffon with black flocked velvet dots layered on top - giving it lovely texture - with a wide grosgrain ribbon, non-stretch waistband - fully lined in charcoal to counteract the sheer(ish) top layer with a zipper and hook & eye closure.
