Floor length (formal) sleeveless dress

Velour-like fabric, slightly sheer with a black lining. About the bottom 4 inches are sheer because the lining stops there. Rounded neck in the front with V in the back. No zipper, pulls on from the top. Purchased from The Bay, worn once. Bust armpit to armpit 18 inches across Waist 15 inches across Length from centre of neck to point of hem ( hem is angled) 60 inches.
