Floral & Animal print maxi dress, Size 10-14

Tommy & Kate maxi dress, size 14 but fits more like a size 10-12 imo, adjustable tie at neck, 100% polyester, 100% cotton lined, elastic waist has lots of stretch (minimum 14.5”, max 22”), made in India, can easily be hemmed, too small in the bust for me, reposhing this dress from @maybest1
