Floral Blue Layered H&M Skirt

Beautiful floral blue layered skirt. Slightly lighter blue than the photos captured. Excellent condition. Only reposhing it because I took a gamble on a considerably smaller size than I would usually wear, due to it having an elasticated waistband, but it's too tight. Pet friendly, non-smoking home.
