Floral Blue and White Fabric

Floral Blue and White Pleasted Fabric 27" Skirt Look at the pictures I put tape measure in the way so you can see actual size and it's an elastic size waistband as well. I do not see a brand or size tag, so I'm listing as M but I suggest looking at the pics nd tape measure. But, other than no tag, it's in very good shape. Pricing online varies wildly, so O_o; Note, my mother was only 4'10" or so. I had about a hundred and a hundred and five pounds maximum.
