Floral Designer Strapless Dress With Big Belt

Was only worn by a model once on the ramp. Was gifted to me after but I never wore it because it was small for me. because it is a custom designer dress it does not have a size tag. please see photos for measurements. I would say it fits like an xxs and xs and for smaller chests. Fitted dress has a 4.5 ft long belt. belt becomes 8 inch wide at the bottom. belt is the highlight of the dress.. zipper and slit in back. material is shiny silky acetate kind. more on glossy silk type but again I don't know the exact material. very high end stitching. lining inside. can be used as a cocktail or event dress
