PTP 15 inches, waist 17 inches. Adjustable straps. Lined with super soft cotton/modal fabric. Outer shell 100% polyester. 1 flaw as shown in last picture (not noticeable). Stretchy waist band and ruching at back to allow more comfort. Tie detail at the back chest area. 2 small pockets on front of skirt.
