Floral Embroidered Blue Skirt

This is a beautiful handmade skirt that has intricate embroidery adding to the beauty of it. It doesn't have a size on it but it fits like a medium & measures just under 16 inches at the waist. It's a really durable but comfortable fabric. There's slight pleating in the front that gives you wiggle room.
