Floral Green Dress

Super fun fruit and floral dress from Simons - it has a caftan like fit. The green cord at the waist wraps around the back on the inside and on the outside in the front has shoulder pads tagged as a size small, would fit a medium bust 40" waist measures 42" but is meant to be cinched in hips 43" length 35" in good condition with no notable wear - never worn
