Floral Mini

I purchased this in 2002 at a dress boutique for $49 - I HAVE NEVER WORN IT which is wild to me. Just never had the right occasion I guess? It's a unique print with a slight mesh feeling fabric. Super light and flowy and the neck tie can be worn 2 different ways. It's not super body hugging so a size 0 or 2 could fit this dress. I tried it on now that I've grown and it still fits and my pant size is now a 27
