Floral Monarchy Dress 1-2X

This flirty, effortless, floral dress, with surplice neckline, and short petal sleeves, will take you anywhere daytime or evening! It drapes nicely and has a slightly frilly bottom hem. the black and white background is like a nature silhouette of leaves and trees. the flowers in the foreground are red pink and turquoise. Missing size and washing tag. I have machine washed it and I always hang my clothes to dry. I believe you could put this in the dryer but I never do. Excellent used condition. 21 inches pit to pit. Seam under bust is also 21 inches. 39 inches long from neck to hem. Stretchy. Fits 1X - 2X. The neckline just isn't modest enough for me, lol!
