Floral Off Shoulder Dress

Lovely floral ruffled off shoulder dress from Ronda Roy. Vintage. Ever so slightly sheer, has a zipper to the back (does not go all the way to top). Sizing on this one is generous due to stretch of the fabric, waist is flat lay 12" but stretches all the way to 16" (I'm about a women's size 12 and I could fit into this dress) Length top to bottom is 39" (consider it will sit lower on the shoulders to start), so kind of a midi length. No materials tags, feels like polyester.
