Floral Peplum Wrap Top (NWT) | Plus Size

Floaty floral wrap top. Frilly sleeves with a flattering peplum bottom and tie closure. Made from polyester and elastane. It is new with tags. Purchase in the spring, but I haven’t been called to wear it, so am passing it along to the next person.
